How long does a typical order take to complete?
Most standard jobs are ready within 2–5 working days once artwork is approved. Larger runs, custom finishes, or specialty binding may take longer — your quote will confirm turnaround before you order.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, and EPS files, up to 50MB per upload. For the sharpest results, export at 300dpi with a 3mm bleed and convert text to outlines.
Can I get a proof before you print my order?
Yes — for larger or custom orders we can send a digital proof for sign-off before production starts. Mention this when you submit your quote request.
Do you deliver, or do I collect in-store?
Both. Every order can be collected from your nearest Jetline store, or delivered nationwide — delivery cost and timing depend on your location and order size.
What if I don't have artwork ready yet?
